Pricing, Without the Fine Print
When does billing start?
Only when you pass 20 active students. Until then you’re on the Free plan with the full feature set — no card required.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s student cap?
Nothing breaks. Each extra active student is billed at your plan’s per-student rate for that month, and you can upgrade whenever it makes sense.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The plan price is the price. Optional add-on services (like the marketing services above) are separate and clearly quoted before you commit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time, and you keep a full export of your data.
Do you help with migration?
Yes. We help you move students, schedules, and data from spreadsheets or legacy tools as part of onboarding.
Who counts as an active student and active teacher?
Active student — anyone enrolled in a class or course that is upcoming, ongoing, or still has outstanding attendance or credit. Past students sitting in your database don’t count against your plan.
Active teacher — a teacher whose status is active and who is listed in the Agreement section, meaning they have signed a contract with your school. Teachers without an active agreement don’t count toward your tier.
